Acquitas LLP is a family business, founded in 2017 by Vin Mani and Sue Verma. With a shared passion for property and a hands-on approach, we have focused on acquiring and managing properties in London. Our goal has always been to build a carefully curated portfolio, prioritising quality for our Tenants and meeting the demand in the PRS.

Our estate agency, Estopia Ltd, started as part of the 'Open House' Franchise but became fully independent in 2020. Following the pandemic, we decided to concentrate on managing our own properties, ensuring a more personal and dedicated service to our Tenants. Today, Estopia Ltd exclusively looks after the properties within our family portfolio, reflecting our commitment to attentive and hands-on management.

We are currently in the process of rebranding our letting agency under license from REALM London Ltd.

Vin Mani
Managing Partner
Vin began acquiring property shortly after relocating to London in 2003. Since then, he has earned a strong reputation for reliability, integrity, and trust - qualities he attributes to the professionalism and ethics instilled during his healthcare training and background.
He founded Estopia Ltd in 2016 to provide acquisition consultancy and property management services for clients, and in 2017, he co-founded Acquitas LLP.

As a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, Vin brings deep insight into the London real estate market and the opportunities it offers.
​
He holds a Postgraduate Certificate from UCL’s Bartlett Real Estate Institute and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Dr Sue Verma
Partner
Sue originally trained as a Physician and Facial Surgeon, serving in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) for over 12 years. She later transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where she has built a distinguished career as a Pharmaceutical Physician. She has held numerous roles at leading global pharmaceutical companies including Baxter and GSK, and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at an international rare disease company.

Over her time in industry, Sue has developed strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capabilities - skills that have been integral to the growth and success of Acquitas LLP.
​
In addition to her medical and surgical qualifications, Sue holds the prestigious TRIUM Global Executive MBA - a joint program delivered by three of the world’s top institutions: LSE, HEC Paris, and NYU Stern.
