Acquitas LLP is a family business, founded in 2017 by Vin Mani and Sue Verma. With a shared passion for property and a hands-on approach, we have focused on acquiring and managing properties in London. Our goal has always been to build a carefully curated portfolio, prioritising quality for our Tenants and meeting the demand in the PRS.

Our estate agency, Estopia Ltd, started as part of the 'Open House' Franchise but became fully independent in 2020. Following the pandemic, we decided to concentrate on managing our own properties, ensuring a more personal and dedicated service to our Tenants. Today, Estopia Ltd exclusively looks after the properties within our family portfolio, reflecting our commitment to attentive and hands-on management.

We are currently in the process of rebranding our letting agency under license from REALM London Ltd.

Vin Mani
Managing Partner
Vin started acquiring property shortly after he moved to London in 2003. Over the years, he has built a reputation for reliability, integrity and trustworthiness in his business relationships which he attriubutes to his professional & ethical approach drawn from his Healthcare training & background. He started Estopia Ltd to offer acquisition consultancy & property management services for clients. In 2017 he co-founded Acquitas LLP.
As a seasoned Entrepreneur & Investor, Vin understands London real estate and the opportunities this exciting market offers. Vin has a Postgraduate certificate from UCL (Bartlett Real Estate Institute), and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Dr Sue Verma
Partner
Sue trained as a Physician & a Facial Surgeon serving in the UK's National Health Service (NHS) for over 12 years before switching her skillset to industry where she has had a stellar career as a Pharmaceutical Physician - working for global pharmaceutical companies like Baxter & GSK, reaching her current position as Chief Medical Officer for an international rare disease company, Sue has developed strong business acumen & strategic decision-making skills over her time in industry, which has been integral to the success of Acquitas LLP.
As well as her Medical & Surgical qualifications, Sue holds the prestigious TRIUM Global Executive MBA which is in partnership between 3 of the world's top Business & Management schools - LSE, HEC (Paris), & NYU.
